Belinda Evans Ebio is a licensed psychotherapist in Clinical and Macro practice in Michigan. She has an MSW from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI. Her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology was from Western Michigan University and Wayne State University.

She has accumulated over 35 years of administrative and clinical experience in nonprofit organizations. Most recently, she held the position of Chief Executive Officer at The Children and Youth Initiative, Inc. and the Parent Support and Advocacy Program, Inc.
Belinda serves as adjunct faculty at Wayne County Community College District and the University of Detroit Mercy, teaching Social Work, Addiction Studies, and Mental Health courses. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and has served as a board member and delegate assembly member. She has also been elected Vice-President for Social Policy at the state level. Her experience and expertise have led to appointments on several nonprofit boards.
